The room itself was recently renovated, modern, and clean. It was simple. For one person, perfect. For a couple, snug but doable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. For one needing to be l'hopital l'enfant Jesus, the location is perfect. For a guest wanting to be downtown during the day, the property is right beside bike paths and close to an Avelo community electric bike pick-up station. I used a scooter or one of the Avelo bike to get downtown, and it worked great. a 12-15min or so ride. The one nit-pick is that to get to the very clean room, one has to transit through a hallway that is not up to the same cleanliness standards. Other than that, it would have been a 5/5. This is a value place, but very clean. Imagine being transported into an Ikea display suite. The customer service with the host was helpful, accurate, and responsive.
