The property is located on the Lido of Venice, the city’s beachfront island overlooking the Adriatic Sea, in a quiet area with plenty of amenities. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the public beach and other local beaches, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a single bed, and a TV;

- KITCHEN with a dining table, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, moka pot, wine glasses, and various cooking utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, a closet, and a desk;

- SLEEPING AREA with a single bed;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY (accessible from the sleeping area).



Guests will also have access to a garden furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, shared with other residents of the building.

The property, on the other hand, is located on the Lido of Venice, a narrow island between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, known for its sandy beaches, natural dunes, elegant Art Nouveau villas, and historic beach resorts. It is the only island in the lagoon accessible by car and is well-served by buses and vaporetti that easily connect it to the historic center.

Just a 5-minute walk from the house is the Lido’s beautiful public beach, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea in complete freedom, without needing transportation or taking long walks.

The house is located in a quiet residential area from which you can easily reach, again on foot, Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta, the island’s main terminal. Frequent vaporetti depart from here, connecting the Lido to the historic center in about 20 minutes, with regular service even in the evening and at night during the summer season.



- From Venice Santa Lucia Station, you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by vaporetto, taking line 5.2 to the Lido S.M.E. A stop and continuing on foot for about 10 minutes.



- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can reach the apartment in just over an hour by taking vaporetto line B to the Lido (S.M.E.) stop and continuing on foot.



- If you’re traveling by car, the Lido of Venice is the only island in the lagoon accessible by car, and you can find parking—including free parking—near the property.
