Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, yard, redwood deck, and parking area. The long, narrow driveway opens up to a large parking area that fits 4 cars and includes a two-car carport. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock.

Located on a quiet flag lot just off E. Hurlbut Avenue, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being incredibly close to everything. You can easily stroll or bike to Sebastopol’s local favorites, including the artisanal shops and eateries at The Barlow, Whole Foods for groceries, and HopMonk Tavern for live music and craft beer. The town is known for its vibrant community, with nearby hiking trails and weekend farmers markets waiting to be explored. Getting Around:

On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars, including a carport. While many of Sebastopol's attractions are within walking or biking distance, a car is recommended for exploring the greater Sonoma County area.
