The Space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bedding, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the pool. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bedding for an additional fee. The entire apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi.
It has 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The living room is particularly bright thanks to the doors and large windows that open onto the spacious terrace—perfect for enjoying a relaxed dinner. If you’re traveling to Barcelona by car, the complex offers parking spaces and 24-hour security.
Amenities and Common Areas
The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy a well-deserved Mediterranean vacation—with the beach just a 5-minute walk away—as well as for business travelers, with the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB) just 500 meters away. Well-connected by metro, the Selva de Mar metro station on Line 4 (yellow) is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment and connects to the city center in 15 minutes.
As for amenities, the area has everything you’ll need for your stay. The large Diagonal-Mar shopping center, featuring major retailers, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants, is just a few meters away. In the area, you’ll also find many community parks and gardens where you can play with the little ones. The Port Olimpic area is very close by, with the marina and the casino—this is where much of Barcelona’s nightlife takes place.

HOUSE RULES:

1 - A damage deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash once the accommodation has been inspected

2- Guests agree to behave with the utmost courtesy and respect toward neighbors and other residents of the apartment building.
Excessive noise after 10:00 PM will not be tolerated, nor will any disrespectful behavior that may cause disturbances and/or complaints. Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in penalties ranging from a €84 surcharge to the immediate eviction of guests from the apartment without a refund and without the right to claim any compensation.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition, just as it was found on the day of arrival. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
