It’s a ok flat, but be aware that it is really only suited for two. The kitchen only has the most rudimentary and I would not book if planning to cook. The living room is small and the glass terrace is also very small. The double bed is narrow and the mattress is very cheap. This is a rental only and it shows. However for a shorter stay as a couple wanting a place near the beach and not planning to spend time in the flat, it will work just fine.
