There's a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster oven and Tassimo coffee machine and seating for four people, and the sitting room opens on to a lovely sunny garden room which in turns spills on to the enclosed garden via patio doors - the perfect spot for a summer sundowner while the children and dogs play securely. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double and a single room which both share a family shower room. The single bedroom (Bedroom 3 in the photos) is designed as a complimentary extra should guests want to sleep separately, as the cottage is set up comfortably for four people in the living space.

Samphire Cottage is a wonderful holiday property and will suit those looking for a short or long break at any time of the year, as the cosy sitting room has a wood burning stove for extra warmth during the winter months. The property is in the ideal location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Just a short drive away are the traditional, unspoilt seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, both of which have Blue Flag beaches.
