Kendra’s place was immaculate and homey. Vrbo did not disclose the cleaning fee until after I booked but that wasn’t Kendra’s fault. In any case, the apartment had everything we needed and a few things that were nice special touches.

Unit was very nice. The screened porch was set up nicely as was the rest of the condo. Bed very comfortable and kitchen had all you would need. We were a quick drive to the Seminole Legacy golf club where we were working an event. We would stay again if doing an event there in the future. Small down side it is on the second level with outside stairs not in the description. Complex of older buildings that need a cleaning and property was in need of trash pick up. Dumpsters area was overflowing even when empty. Trash company did not clean up when doing pick up. Owner has no control over that, complex owners need to address.

We had a pleasant stay during our short visit in Tallahassee. It was extremely close to where we needed to be. Communication with our host was excellent. Pleasure in the six pack of bottled water and the bathroom toiletries that we didn’t need. Would stay here again.

Clean inside, but smelled strongly of MJ. Convenient location, but development a little run down.
