Had a wonderful time. Condo was very nice, very clean and close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. Not walking distance for us because we are in our 70s but younger people will be able to walk to downtown. We ate at a lot of amazing places. The paisley pig and the sweat temptations ice cream and candy store were excellent and right below where we stayed. Be sure to go to the beach to watch the sun set. Breathtaking view. All in all wonderful trip. Thank you Carrie. We will be back again.

Very lovely, clean and comfortable condo with most everything you need, and it was very nicely decorated. (Note: Bring your own toiletries.). Unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable: too soft and lumpy, and very squeaky. The Property Manager was very responsive, and helped us out when we needed some extra care. Follow all the step-by-step directions to enter the property. The property location was away from the downtown area, but a simple, ten minute walk got us there. I’m not sure I understand the exorbitant cleaning fee AND the request to clean dishes, towels and take out the trash. Nevertheless, I would stay there again, provided the master bed or mattress is upgraded.

This condo did not disappoint. It has everything you could possibly need to be at home. Beautifully decorated. It’s a little farther from Grand Gaven downtown than I’d hoped, but still walkable. Right below is a wonderful restaurant called Paisley Pig, a Culver’s, Bigby & the best ice cream/sweets shop called Sweet Temptations. So yummy!

Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and decor of the condo. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. In addition, it is a great location--easy walk to restaurants, downtown, and the marina. Highly recommend!

Not on the water, but very close by car or bike. Easy to grab coffee, dinner or ice cream right on site. Beautiful condo.

Everything worked out perfectly. Great location and set up. It was simple and easy to check in and out and the place was great!

Really enjoyed our stay here. I wish it were closer to the beach, but it's really just in kinda of a strip commercial development with a bunch of businsses on the first floor. Kinda weird when you're going for a beach vibe and there's a nail salon place on the first floor. But the place itsef was very nice.

Great Vrbo-we needed space to make food for a wedding and this condo was perfect! Great location to the church, venue and park where 3 days of parties occurred! We had plenty of space for all of our supplies! Thank you!

My sister and I took our 92 year old mother for a 3 night getaway. We all loved the condo! Very roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated! The location is great! If we return to the area, I would happily rent this condo again!

We arrived to a perfectly clean and adorable beachy condo. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve thanksgiving dinner. The Paisley Pig (downstairs from condo) was a great place to stop in for cocktails. Of course Culver’s (in walking distance) was great for a late dinner snack. Biggbys coffee right around the corner for great for a coffee treat and can’t forget about Sweet Temptations for our sweet tooth. And all of this was walking distances. Town was so close as well. Yes we walked the beach in November! A little chilly but the sun warmed us up. We would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

My friends and I wanted a low-key girl's weekend in a great location and we found it! Perfect for what we needed! A short walk or drive to the water, shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Very nice accommodations. Clean. Helpful owner. An issue with the television, but the owner helped us the best she could. Restaurants and beautiful beach nearby.

This condo is nice and roomy with some lovely aquatic decor. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Great little condo near everything. The Restaurant downstairs was great. We went downtown and enjoyed all the shops, beaches and the musical fountain at night. Really great town on Lake Michigan. If it gets crowded, go up to Norton Shores, just a few minutes North, there is a a state park on the lake that is beautiful. The beach goes forever, well worth a visit. We will absolutely come to Grand Haven again, and likely stay at this condo again. The condo can sleep 6 by the looks of it. For us the only flaw is the queen bed in the main bedroom, the room could handle a King easily and it would be more comfortable. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Overall, the condo is cute and in a great location! There were, however, a few “issues” we encountered during our week long stay. 1) the washer and dryer is a two in one unit and it washed the load of laundry but we could not get it to dry our clothes. The clothes were still very wet after several drying attempts. A washer/dryer was a must for us when deciding on where to stay since we have young kids so not having this when we thought we would was a disappointment. 2) The vacuum provided in the condo does not work. This certainly isn’t world ending but again, with young kids and being there for a whole week, I would have liked to had the ability to vacuum the floors after meals and beach visits but wasn’t able to. 3) There was a spot where the carpet meets the tile when entering the kitchen area where the carpet is loose. My 1.5 year old tripped over this numerous times so we had to block this area off. 4) I think the attention to cleanliness could be approved. On the other hand, there were also several positives including 1) the location. The location was great and is just minutes from the beach and downtown area. 2) the bedrooms are great size. 3) It’s in a pretty quite area. We didn’t have any issues with noise. We had a great time in Grand Haven and will definitely be visiting this city again!

Our expectations were high after reading the reviews and the owner's description. The condo was charming and beachy on first impressions. It has a great floorplan and is quite spacious. The location and neighborhood were perfect for what we needed, near downtown and short distance to Coast Guard Festivities and the beach. Now for the problems: The carpet in family room and up the stairs was very stained and showed wear and tear. The master bed (queen) downstairs was not very comfortable; the room could easily afford a king bed. No nightstand in master bedroom and the chest of drawers was terrible (squeaked liked a chalk board when opening) One small 40-watt bulb in lamp and one bulb in ceiling light, there was not much light in master bedroom. We had our two teenage grandsons and one tv to share was not convenient. The loft could be better furnished as a sitting area and the second bedroom could easily fit a second queen bed with nightstands. Four days ago, we sent a private message to the owner with these and more suggestions but have yet to see a response. With these and a few other improvements this could easily be a great place to stay in a beautiful town.

Great, clean place with a solid location. Easy, clear directions and check in. Would recommend.

The condo was well equipped for the five of us. It was easy to get to and the elevator to get to the third floor was a necessity for my 90 year old parents. This was the second time I have rented from Carrie. Renting was easy and I appreciated the fact that we could do an extended weekend and not be responsible for an entire week. Grand Haven is a beautiful town and the condo is walking distance to the marina and town. Great place!

Close to downtown yet if you just want to hang in this beautiful unit you’re within yards of nice restaurants. We would highly recommend.
