It was CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Also the little welcome boxes were perfect.

VERY minimal. No instructions for remote control(s). No table on porch, no blankets (only comforter), broken sofa and loveseat. Shower light in upstairs burned out. Need at least two more chairs for front porch. An ice bucket or similar for freezer since there's no ice-maker. The fireplace doesn't work. Also only one kitchen towel was a hassle. The bathroom towels are too nice for kitchen use. Perhaps you may consider a community box. That's a box, usually a sealed plastic box, guests can leave things in like spices, oils, condiments, paper products ect.. Also an extra pan, skillet, so you can cook an entire meal without waiting for each item to finish cooking. These are tips that may help the future guests.

Great location and comfortable. The Starter kits are a great touch.

A few minor things for consideration. Needs some more coffee mugs, only 3 available. The Fans need some attention/maintenance. Doors need some WD40. Kitchen tap needs some attention/maintenance. Bottom shower door also needs some attention/maintenance.

This place was great the grandkids and us enjoyed it very much

Would’ve liked for it to be a little more secluded

It was pretty & comfortable

Had an old couch that seems to be falling apart
