The owner was very nice and extremely helpful. He met us and let us in, showed us the place, and was very apologetic about the road work going on nearby that had cut off the water to the building.
The studio apartment is roomy and comfortable with all the pots, pans, dishes, etc you could need for cooking a nice meal.
There were brochures for the park and a list of restaurants and other amenities.
It was inexpensive compared to many other places we looked at.
There was no water in the building. Luckily we had camping supplies and a gallon of water with us. This was not the proprietor's fault.
It was farther away from the park than we would have liked. None of the restaurants were within walking distance and due to all the roadwork, walking would have been hazardous anyway. Again- not the proprietor's fault.

It was very nice inside. It smelled very clean and I liked the kitchen.

The let was overall clean and extremely quiet. The AC worked well and the area was spacious.
The only concern we had was a slight musty smell in the restroom. Perhaps considering changing out rugs for a stone drying mat. Has worked great for us in another situation.

Simple to enter with code, bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was nice, and kitchen was fairly well equipped.
No tv remote, dirt/sand on the floor, didn’t appeared cleaned under the couch for some time, towel rack above the toilet seemed flimsy.

"The location was only 11 minutes from my work. The property accommodated my night shift hours with great ease. The environment was very quiet and peaceful for day time sleeping. Very clean and secure..."
