Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Leave the premises if you need to smoke.

- The garage is tight. Cars larger than a midsize sedan should use the free street parking.
