This stunning, newly renovated, ADA-friendly corner unit condo offers breathtaking views of the marina and abundant natural light, complemented by a wraparound porch. The spacious living room and open floor plan seamlessly connect the living area to the beautifully designed kitchen, which features new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table. The hallway bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and stunning views of the marina, along with access to a wraparound porch. Additionally, two guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa, which converts into a queen-size bed. Please NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

This condo complex is the only one situated between Oceanside's harbor and beachfront, making it a truly unique destination in Southern California. Harbor Beach is just steps away! Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa. The pool area includes two large BBQ grills and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. This condo comes with one assigned parking space. The condo complex features elevators for easy access.

PARKING

Parking is easy here! Most units come with one assigned space, so you'll have a spot waiting for you. If friends are stopping by for the day, they can park in the pay lot right next to the complex. Overnight guests can park for free in Lot 1 on the east side of the harbor for up to 72 hours. Spots there are first-come, first-served, so it helps to arrive early. Just a heads-up: vehicles over 16 feet aren't allowed on the property. If you're bringing an RV or another large vehicle, you can pay for overnight parking in the camping area, or use the free parking by the Crab Shack if there's room (72-hour max).
