Nice cozy place. Great fenced yard for my dog Carl to go out. Great location for everything in Venice. Lucy always responded very quickly if I had any problems!

Exactly as advertised. Location is “perfect” for sunsets, boating, shopping and dining. Downtown Venice and Venice Beach with all their wonderful shops and restaurants are less than a 10 minute drive.Your host, Lucy, could not be kinder or more accommodating.
