The property was okay. The location was great and access was also quite easy. Some issues ruined the 5 star rating. The AC was leaking water from the ceiling on to the bedroom floor and the main bathroom required some deep cleaning.

The check in was so easy. The rooms are clean and just as pictured. The hallways are something else though. It just had a weird smell, but thankfully the rooms were not affected. Location is good if you want to be closer to the financial district.

The staff in communication with me was reasonably quick in responding my inquiries. It would have been better to guide clearly where to meet and get the key on the 1st day. But, that’s just a minor thing. Overall, the experience was quite satisfactory.
