The villa was built by two Florentine architects in the 1970s, furnished with custom-made solid walnut furniture in a mix of vintage and modern styles, and is surrounded by a large garden.
It is located on a hillside at an elevation of 450 meters, nestled in a large park with linden and pine trees. From the garden, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bisenzio Valley and the Calvana Mountains, framed by the property’s olive grove.
The location is quiet and surrounded by nature. It is a 15-minute drive from Prato and Vaiano.
The house features a double living room with high ceilings and a fireplace, as well as a large kitchen with a fireplace.
There is a first bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed; the main bathroom is located just outside this second bedroom.
The house is surrounded by a large garden featuring a covered porch, a pergola where you can dine outdoors, small tables and chairs, a hammock, and a ping-pong table.
There are marked hiking trails and traditional trattorias in the surrounding area; you can find some of the activities offered in the area on the Visit Val Bisenzio website.
In addition to the city of Prato, the cities of Florence, Pistoia, Bologna, Viareggio, and Lucca are easily accessible by car.
