Important Note About Lake Access:
This home features true lake access, which is rare and highly valued in this area—especially for those wanting a weekend adventure with kayaks or paddleboards! However, we want to be fully transparent: we have a dock where you can launch your non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, paddleboard, etc) the shoreline is owned by the State of Ohio, and while guests are absolutely permitted to access it, it is natural, rocky, and not ideal for inexperienced swimmers or children. If you’re comfortable with nature’s edge, you’ll love the chance to launch directly into the peaceful waters of the North Reservoir — and we even provide two complimentary kayaks for you to enjoy.

For even more water adventures, let know if you'd to rent a luxury or economy pontoon boat, launched from one of our docks on the main chain of Portage Lakes — offering endless options for exploring at your own pace.

At our lakefront retreat, every moment is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the ones you love. So leave the worries of everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the beauty of Portage Lakes.
