Property inside was great and access to Atlanta area we needed was the reason for this choice. The neighborhood was less than desirable with huge parties and noise till 4 am and homes that were more businesses with 15 vehicles per house. Don’t think this means unsafe, it’s just the hood the house is in. Wouldnt stay for any other purpose but sleep and proximity to friends/family. No ice or water in fridge and odd placement of foosball made it impossible to get to fridge.

Pros- location was good for us as it was only 12 minutes from our son & daughter in law’s house and also close to the highway. Cons - sketchy neighborhood (one neighbor’s house looked like an auto repair shop); back yard is not safe for dogs - there is much trash (old tire, broken plastic parts, loose bricks, loose wires, fence loose in many places); beds were not comfortable; one bathroom door didn’t open all the way; there was a foosball table in the kitchen that doesn’t appear in the online photos and was really in our way; the kitchen was minimally equipped for cooking; and finally, the owner, Maria, was quite unfriendly when I mentioned to her that we were going to have our family over for dinner on our first night. I am a rental host myself and I know what it takes to make guests comfortable. I have to say this house does not meet normal expectations.
