Located in a rural area, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all in Casamaggiore. Jump into your car and make short work of the 12-minute drive to Lake Trasimeno or the 12-minute drive to Chiusi Lake (and enjoy the property's convenient secured onsite parking in the meantime).
After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the terrace, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.
For your convenience, there's a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Stayed 2 nights in June 2026. Beautiful place with garden and private parking and outdoor terrace - all you can need in quite spacious studio condo. Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very pleasant stay and convenient! Would stay again and highly recommend.
