We loved everything! The location is very central. The communication of all the members of the agency was excellent, they even have a concierge as a part of the team. The design and the functionality of the apartment is great. Plus we loved the service for the breakfast - not being a hotel but they can manage to deliver a breakfast box directly to your door! Amazing! Exceptional!

Amazing stay, it is a real apartment, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The area is also super nice, central and with a nice vibe, cute bars restaurants and shop. I felt safe, the apartment building is elegant and everything is well organized. Also the communication before the chek in was excelent.

maybe the cleaning was not 5 stars, I found some hairs in the bathroom, but nothing too bad

Lot of space and all equipment in the kitchen was ok, the bed was good

Not clean enough, water in shower room didnt go away

This place is in a good location especially once you get used to the area. Far away from the noise but close enough to get to if you want to get to it. The place its self did not meet our expectations. The photos were more appealing than the actual place. There was no aircon in the room but there was a fan which just made the place even hotter. It was actually cooler in the passage outside than in the room. Internet was not working very well . We actually didn't use it because it was either not working or extremely slow. When we arrived the lift was not working so we had to carry our heavy suticases up the stairs. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. Initially we thought there was no fridge, we only found it on our last night. Would have been nice if they had at least put a sign the same way they did for the cleaning items. Breakfast was delivered on daily basis and had a nice variety of items. The pictures really made us have high expectations but the reality was a bit disappointing. The location is good though, i can give them that. Tram passes all the time so just have that in mind. Around 1am every night a group of youngsters would walk in the street making a lot of noise.

Noise from people walking after 1am.
