The sandy beach is just 350 meters away and can be reached on foot after a short walk. The sleeping areas are very refined and elegant: the master suite is a multifunctional space consisting of a bedroom, a reading nook, a walk-in closet, a master bathroom, another bedroom paired with a children’s room and a private bathroom, a third double bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate entrance, and a guest wing consisting of a living room with a kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Three splendid rooftop terraces will serve as the perfect setting for lunches and dinners overlooking the spectacular Mediterranean Sea. The home’s elegance blends seamlessly with comfort and practicality. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, and a terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen is an excellent option for cooking al fresco. The terrace, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas for your exclusive use, is a seaside oasis where you can enjoy privacy and take a dip in the beautiful turquoise sea.
