This is a lovely apartment in a great location! The host was very accommodating and friendly.

The apartment is within walking distance of the major sites. The apartment could use some updates, such as new bed sheets and shower plumbing in the downstairs bathroom.

The apartment is situated on a narrow lane in the centre of Seville. The apartment itself was ideal for the 3 pertsons staying there as we all had an individual bedroom with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and two showers, the upstairs bathroom being particularly nice. It is a short walk to the Mushrooms and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and the river, which makes it an ideal base. There are a number of good bars and restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and budgets and a really well stocked Carrefour Express supermarket just around the corner. The only downside we found was that because of the narroww alleys and tall buildings, you tend to hear people going to work early morning who seem to be unable to moderate the volume of their voice and shout their conversations. This is no fault with the apartment, but is just part and parcel of living in such confined areas of Spain. I am sure that hotels in the area suffer the same, so don't let this put you off. I certainly managed to get back to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! All in all, we had a great time in Seville and for the price, this was a great place to stay and good value.

Beautiful apartment, location absolutely incredible, so central and close to the heart of Seville. Everything that we needed was in the apartment, communication and key collection all very straightforward.

Juan Antonio was a great host and easynto get a hold of. Hisnwife offered a numbernof great restaurant suggestions. The aprtment was clean and well appointed with plenty ofnroom. Itnis centrally located and we walked wverywhere! A MUST staynof yiu're going to Sevilla! Dan

The property was clean, great location, as advertised. Juan and his wife were very helpful. The light went off during our stay and Juan was very responsive and able to help us switch it back on within 5 mins. The rooms has AC that kept the rooms very cold during the hot August month. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. We had a very pleasant stay and would re-book with them in the future.

This is the neighborhood we love in Seville. The restaurants and shops in the Plaza Alfalfa are just around the corner and the Setas are a short walk. It is easy to walk to the historic area. The living space in the apartment was perfect for our family of four and the bedrooms are comfy and cool with AC that worked even when the temperatures topped 100F.

Apartment was comfortable and actually had a few amenities, which many don’t, like paper towels etc. Good locale.
