Come stay in a timeless, fully renovated, and very spacious home. This cozy, comfortable, and very well-equipped house is ideal for a getaway with family or friends, just 13 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau.
The home offers every comfort with beautiful common areas: a large 70-square-meter living area featuring a kitchen, large tables for shared meals, and a foosball table. An expansive 47-square-meter kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto the courtyard and garden. You’ll find a variety of rooms with different atmospheres: a green living room with board games and plenty of armchairs and sofas; a blue living room with large sofas; a living room adjoining the billiards room; and a media room with a screen and video projector.
The bedrooms are spacious, all very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You’ll find suites with en-suite bathrooms, double rooms, and shared rooms.
On-site, you’ll find everything you need to cook a meal if you’d like. There’s plenty to keep you entertained, too: board games, billiards, foosball, darts, a video room, ping pong, a pétanque court, a hammock, and lounge chairs..
The outdoor spaces are spacious. You’ll have access to a beautiful 400m² paved courtyard, opening onto all areas of the house. At the back of the house, a large plot of land offers peace and quiet.
Pets are not allowed outside the house (there are chickens in the garden).
The house is located in the heart of the village, with neighbors nearby. Parties are not permitted.
