Zwykłe mieszkanie dość uniwersalnie umeblowane i w pełni wyposażone, przestronne jak dla 4 osób, 2 piętro z windą, balkon, parking podziemny w cenie wynajmu, łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie (bez kontaktu z obsługą). Do rynku 3 przystanki tramwajowe lub pieszo 20-30 min. Pod blokiem Żabka, Lidl bardzo blisko.

1. Totalny brak kontaktu z gospodarzem (agencja): dekoder TV i wifi były poprawnie podłączone jednak brakowało anteny TV więc nie dało się oglądać podstawowych kanałów naziemnych (akurat były mecze mundialu). Próbowaliśmy na wszelkie sposoby skontaktować się z wynajmującym zgodnie z ich instrukcjami (Whatsapp, telefon oraz mail) i rzekomą dostępnością 24/7 ale zero odpowiedzi, nawet po kilku dniach. Na szczęście chodziło TYLKO o antenę i TV a co jeśli mielibyśmy poważniejszy problem??? 2. Czystość. Moją pierwszą czynnością po wejściu do mieszkania było złapanie za odkurzacz. Mieszkanie było przygotowane dla gości: pościel, ręczniki itd. jednak podłoga i zakamarki pozostawiały wiele do życzenia.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Piekarnik, mikrofalówka, duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, telewizor są sprawne Jest czysto. W budynku jest Żabka, w pobliżu Lidl, dobra piekarnia obok. Parking jest w cenie wynajmu, to super.

Gospodarz powinien zwrócić uwagę na sprawność domofonu.

I want to start with saying that, although all the negative aspects down below, we would (and probably will) absolutely stay here again in the future. It’s a nice apartment with garage parking. - A spacious apartment - Well located for our needs, close to our project and to our friends - Garage parking - Well equipped kitchen, expect there was no bread knife. I’ve never experienced that before. But we always have one bread knife with us… I must say that the contact with Noclegi Renters has approved since July -25 when I stayed in of the company’s apartment in Gdansk. This time they even answered my question with right answer. In July in Gdansk when I send a question by Booking chat app, jag either didn’t get any response or I got a “standing answer” for totally different issue or an answer which didn’t solve my question…. So that was a clear approval from July. Well done 👍 continue on same track

- The double bed in bedroom was a disaster, it was only 140cm wide. That’s enough for 2 teens to sleep in for sure, but not for 2 adults…. I can’t understand why they put such a tiny double bed in there, although there is loads of space for a bigger bed in the bedroom… So we had to sleep one in bedroom and one on the sofa. Little unnecessary extra work for us… - There were 2 lead strings above the kitchen bench which could not be switched off. They were switched on when we arrived and I thought that it was a nice and welcoming gesture. But it wasn’t. So these lights were on day and night. There was a remote control on the wall which I thought was for these lights. So I bought new batteries to it and changed it, but it didn’t help. - Only 2 rolls toilet paper for 2 persons in 8 nights reservation, too bad. We had to buy more. - Balcony doors were very hard to close, but I figured out how to do it - There is an approximately 15mm gap under the apartment door, the door to the corridor outside the apartment. So every noise comes in and goes out to the corridor outside. (See photo) - The floor was little bit dusty when we arrived and I can understand that because the apartment wasn’t probably used for a while. But we washed floors.

Great flat, clean and well maintained. Good location. Overall, very satisfied.

More coffee and slightly better mugs would be great to have, especially the latter
