Loved the location and how cosy and clean it was. Water pressure was great!

Ran out of hot water when showering.

Perfect for our family, cozy and great location

So close to the beautiful Hagley park and city

Nothing

Location and aspect were good. The flat was superficially clean. Surfaces were okay and the bathroom was cramped but usuable. Lovely views of the park, and a handy location for the CBD.

Toilet/ bathroom door lock doesn't work. Front door lock is working "just"- handle is loose and it seems on the point of failure. Lock box was very hard to open. To the point where I tried to contact the hosts to double check the code was correct. Contacting the hosts was difficult it was tricky to make sure I had the correct information. The lock box eventually worked. No bed linen for the sofa bed was supplied, or if it was I was unable to find it- quilt, pillows and a towel yes, but clean sheets and pillow case no. There was old, caked on milk in the bottom of the veggie box in the fridge. I have soaked the box, cleaned it and returned it to the fridge. There is a faint, lingering smell of off milk in the flat however. Although that might just be my imagination. The flat is clean and tidy, but could probably do with a deep clean and some maintaince here and there- especially on the door handles.
