The property was exceptionally clean and convenient for location. 5 min drive to Hornsby.

Great location for us near playing fields. Easy to find and access. It was modern and clean. 2 bathrooms is hard to find!

The terrible communication around a $500 deposit i knew nothing of! But the bombardment of messages regarding verification of my ID and their “rules” was upfront! I ended up paying $500 deposit on cc less than 24hours notice regarding this because I could not have cancelled and found an alternative even though I would have liked to. It also was taken off my card, not just a hold. Very disappointing and also 96 hours after checkout I had to threaten customer complaint avenues to get it returned. To some people $500 might not be a lot. But having that taken off a cc when you aren’t planning for it is not fair. I checked all communication and this did not exist when I booked it and paid in full with no refund policy. The beds are average, there needs to be a tissue box and the main bathroom fan did not work. All minor - everything else was fine.

On the road outside there is a bus stop and the hourly bus took us to the train station. Other than the comments below it just about meet our requirements.

The name suggest that it is near the train station, which actually was 2 km away. Host expected a lot in advance from us. ID's to be emailed and deposits paid, but this process was difficalt to acxhieve whislt travelling. They knew in advance our arrival time and yet nothing was ready. we had to wait 2 hours for the appartment to be prepared and another 1/2 hour while this was done. Communication was very difficult as the telehone number was in China and language need ai interpretaion. There is only street parking. Theres is no paved path from the road to the front door. There are deep steps to climb down to the door entrance. One month after our depature we are still waiting for our deposit to be released from pending. One Mattress was badly stained with urine, and needs replacing.
