Everything was perfect. Despite the fact that I gave the host a really short time to prepare, he was super friendly and prepared the apartment quickly. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay, including cooking equipment and even some spices or condiments, which is something I rarely find, and even some books or board games that you can use.
The location is good if you want a quiet and greeny place, with a nice park nearby.
As I said already, the hosts are really nice and friendly and makes you feel like you're home
The city center is not near. Is not that far either, we are talking about a 45-50 minutes bus ride, but if you want to visit the city centre that is something you might consider.
The roof on the bedroom on the second floor is not too high, so if you are tall you might have some troubles moving in there

Lovely place to stay near the Madonna del Pilone church: the host is very welcoming, also accommodating us for early check-in and late check-out. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything one can need. The place has a pleasant, lovely vibe to it.
For us, it was not a problem, but some people may find the upstairs bedroom a bit too warm in summers, as there's an inadequate fan trying to help. For us, we were fine, but for some people, it could be an issue in summers. Note also that it's a steep climb of stairs up, so for those with strollers, etc., they can consider it. Again, we didn't mind at all.
