I like the fact it was close to everything also free parking.
Bed could be made more sturdier although was comfy and good pillows.

The location was perfect for me. I was visiting relatives 3 minutes walk away. It was in Central Pudsey so handy to get food in the evening.
Sainsbury's local 2 minutes walk away open late and local bars and cafes.
Situated on main road but windows set high and noise not noticeable,
I wasn't quite sure about which entrance to use but owner was very helpful - available on mobile and gave me good guidance.
Liked the coffee pod machine and the supply of teas, coffees and milk sachets and pods..
Small point, but automatic light bulb in hallway not coming on..

Value for money, great location, Clean and comfortable. Management were excellent and dealt with queries efficiently. Will stay here again.
This just being picky but if there is anybody using the sofa bed it is in the living area between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Good location, not too expensive. Decent kitchen.
The photos make it look nicer than it is. It is surface level nice. It was renovated but cheaply.
