It was close to where my family was staying at Vinpearl

Clean room and the staff are very friendly and helpful, even wanting to help me order in food

What I really liked about my stay at Win House Hotel was the excellent location it’s right on the main road and just about 1 km from VinWonders and VinWonders Safari, making everything very accessible, including transport. Another great thing was that the room and facilities were exactly as shown in the pictures, which made the stay even more satisfying and trustworthy. I would especially like to appreciate the staff and the manager, Mr. Long. He is extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive. He provided great advice on places to visit and helped with anything we needed without any hesitation or expectation his hospitality really made the experience even better.

The only minor drawback was that the property does not have a lift, which can be a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. However, the staff are very helpful and readily assist with carrying bags, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, everything else about the stay was excellent.
