This place is amazing! We liked everything about it. Absolutely no complaints! The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the bed etc. etc.

the hotel does not have conditioner, never been in a place that do not have conditioner, honestly in some places they would even have hair mask for guests, cos shampoo and conditioner are considered to be the basic minimum requirement

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything we needed. The hotel is modern, and the staff were always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed for 14 nights and overall felt very comfortable here.

The main issue was the cleaning. The sand was never properly cleaned from the floor, even after housekeeping had been in the room. The shower cabin was also always covered in limescale and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 14 nights, and our bed linen was only changed for the first time on the second-to-last day of our stay, which was quite disappointing. For a modern hotel, the overall standard of housekeeping could definitely be improved.

The hotel is adequately located (we found most POIs to be 10 minutes to the south of Da Nang) — problem on us for not doing proper research. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, but we never walked because walking in Vietnam is scary. The staff was good, responsive, and instantly available at all times. The rooms were generally clean, without mold, and a washing machine was available for personal use at any time. Wi-Fi worked well with no issues. The building has secure parking — we brought our scooters in every night with no problems. The elevator was fine. Check-in was smooth and easy.

The property lies about the room size. Actual living space amounts to about 23 m² after calculating it. When I addressed this, the hotel replied that when counting the 30 m² they include the balcony and walls, which is misleading and not allowed on Booking.com. They likely just drew a rectangle through all of the room's edges, including the balcony, which can't be considered living space. 7 m² makes a real difference. The room was hard to live in — the bed being in the center means you always have to squeeze around both sides. I do not appreciate any property that attempts to deceive customers. The kitchen is poorly equipped: a couple of forks, two spoons, two small plates, and tiny cups. There is a good knife and a refrigerator, but don't expect much. The minibar is marked up to about double the usual prices. Hot water lasted no more than two minutes before turning lukewarm. Water pressure was fine otherwise. Most rooms have uninspiring views — ours faced a small rice field. Only two rooms per floor face the main park, so don't count on a nice view unless you specifically request it (provided they actually listen to your request). The balcony is just big enough to sit on, which makes it even more absurd that they count it toward the room's square footage. Check-out was bizarre. After a long stay, they tried to charge me 50,000 VND for a small towel that was missing. They backed off, but the intention left a bad taste in my mouth after spending a lot of time and money with them. Sound isolation was adequate but not great. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking around and sometimes exercising. Construction noise bothered me occasionally, but it didn't affect my sleep much. It's luck-based — if there's a construction site nearby when you move in, that will suck. The property is very overpriced for this segment of hotels; the value for what I paid does not sit right with me.
