FEATURED ON THE TV SHOW STAYCATION

There's a reason this Venice Park villa earned a spot on television — and your group will get it the moment you walk in. Original artwork in every room, designer finishes, and space that genuinely fits everyone. This isn't another beige rental with a stock-photo couch. It's a home with a point of view, built for the kind of weekend people talk about for years.

Sleeps 10 · 4 bedrooms · 2.5 baths · private driveway · spacious backyard

— THE HEADLINER: YOUR OWN GAME ROOM —
Skip the casino floor whenever you feel like it. The garage game room comes with a full-size pool table AND a poker table — the natural gravity well of every group trip. Rack 'em up after the beach, deal a few hands after dinner, and let the night run long without anyone calling a cab. For reunions, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, and milestone celebrations, this is the room that makes the trip.

— THE BACKYARD —
Spacious and private, and now built for grilling out: a Weber Genesis (315-series) gas grill anchors the backyard — freshly fitted with new grates and kept in top shape — so dinner can be burgers under the open sky instead of another restaurant wait. Bring the cooler, fire up the grill, and let the afternoon stretch into evening.

— WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS (SLEEPS 10) —
- Primary suite — king bed, plus a foldable bed for a fifth sleeper
- Bedroom 2 — queen bed (second level)
- Bedroom 3 — queen bed (second level)
- Bedroom 4 — queen bed

Bedrooms 2 and 3 open onto a shared back porch overlooking the backyard — with an open stretch of night sky for the late-evening wind-down.

— THE SPACE —
- Fast, reliable WiFi throughout — work or stream without buffering
- Designer finishes with original photography and artwork in every room
- Fully equipped kitchen built for cooking for a crowd
- Private driveway — no fighting for AC street parking
- 2.5 bathrooms, so ten people aren't sharing one sink

— LOCATION: 5 TO 15 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING —
- Every Atlantic City casino and the Boardwalk: 5–15 minutes
- Beaches: Brigantine, Ventnor, Margate and Ocean City — all a short drive
- Tucked into safe, quiet Venice Park — the calm of a residential street with the action of AC whenever you want it

— WHO IT'S FOR —
Families who want room to spread out. Friend groups who want one home base, not ten hotel rooms. Reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations that deserve more than a banquet hall.
