Welcome to Brookhollow Escape, a spacious and serene 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home tucked away in the scenic lake community of Ransom Canyon—just six miles east of Lubbock, yet it feels like a completely different world. Surrounded by nature, with deer roaming freely and birds chirping in the trees, this two-story home is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy quality time with family and friends.
This thoughtfully designed home offers comfort, space, and all the essentials for a memorable stay. The first floor features two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, and access to a peaceful garden patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a laundry room for your convenience.
Step out onto the upper back porch and you’ll find a grill and firepit—perfect for evening barbecues, s’mores, and stargazing under the big Texas sky. Each bedroom is outfitted with 5-star linens and large smart TVs with YouTubeTV, so everyone can enjoy their own space and entertainment.
Guests should note that stairs are required to access the main living spaces and upper bedrooms. With two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, the layout is ideal for extended families or two couples traveling together.

Brookhollow Escape is a large home located about 15-20 minutes from Lubbock in a cute little lake community called Ransom Canyon. This community is right on the lake with its own grill and chapel. When you are driving down into the community you get a gorgeous look at the lake. The Christmas lights were beautiful. We loved seeing all the deer off the side of the road. This home has lots of space. When you walk in there are 2 large bedrooms downstairs, one having a bathroom. To access the main living area you have to go upstairs. It is an open concept with the kitchen dining and living all one large space. There are 2 bedrooms up stairs with a bathroom in one of those bedrooms. Please note that you have to enter a bedroom to get to either bathroom in the home. Also, the wall between the 2 bedrooms upstairs does not go all the way to the ceiling. This removes a bit of privacy as you can hear everything between the 2 rooms. This home had lots of space for our family. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. Thank you go allowing us to stay in your home.
