Completely renovated in mid-2025, Villa Brera welcomes guests with rich, elegant colors and upscale furnishings designed for both indulgence and relaxation. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to celebrate both style and serenity, creating an atmosphere that is at once sophisticated and deeply comforting.

Ground Floor:

Entrance hall flowing into a main living room.

Kitchen with a relaxed, adjacent lounge area.

Dining room equipped with a wet bar (sink & fridge) and a vintage ornamental stove.



Bedroom 1: Double Master with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 & 3: One Double and one Twin bedroom sharing a full external bathroom.

Guest powder room.



First Floor: four elegant Double bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms.



Basement: Laundry room and service toilet.



The Annexes

Annex 1 (The Limonaia): A charming detached living area with a small dining table.

Annex 2 (Pool House): Fully equipped for entertaining with a sink, worktop, fridge, and seating area.

The adjacent stone pool house, complete with a bar and refrigerator, opens onto a breezy veranda lounge and dining area, perfect for al fresco dinners under the stars or sunlit lunches with a view. Elegant four-poster sunbeds and thick-cushioned loungers frame the scene, inviting you to sink into bliss.



Beyond the serenity of your private oasis, Villa Brera offers the perfect launching pad to explore the wonders of Tuscany. The historic walled city of Lucca is just 10 minutes away, while Pisa, Florence, and the enchanting coastlines of Cinque Terre are all within easy reach. Tourist Tax: the city tax has been recently implemented. IT will be applied from April 1st onwards, the cost is €6 per person per stay over the age of 14, to be collected on arrival.
