You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. Basement may be accessed if you want to do laundry.

The home is in between Fletcher & Fairview. Fairview offers serval local eateries and breweries such as Turgua Brewery, Whistle Hop Brewery, The Local Joint and more that we highly recommend trying during your stay.

The Asheville area is home to hundreds of local restaurants and Breweries. Spend your day exploring and come back to relax inside or outside. Play cornhole in the backyard or build a fire in the firepit with seating.

You are also in close proximity to Lake Lure & Chimney Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the WNC Ag center, the Biltmore House& activities such as hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, ziplining and more! Brevard is a short drive away and is known as the land of waterfalls.

There is plenty of parking onsite. Uber is very accessible if desired.

This property is off of a busy road but sits back a good way and is next to a wooded area. You will see bugs and spiders too despite routine pest control. The laundry is in an unfinished basement so if you plan to use it you can expect to see them there as well. Typically, they are kept under control and generally harmless but at certain times of the year you will see more activity than others.
