House is very new. Very nice place. Liked it.Neighborhood a bit below average, but ok. Not far from main artery and freeway to Charleston.2 bedrooms with king beds, 3rd br has 2 beds (trunnel)...I expected full beds, my error I guess.Didn't have instructions to connect wifi and owner was out of the country so comms were delayed, but he tried to be responsive with the time diff.Overall, I would consider staying there again.

Family friendly

Great place!

So I think you get what you pay for. Excellent rate. Nice new construction. Stay was overall satisfactory and I might consider it again. Property manager addressed our concerns timely. Some mentions for our experience:Internet isn’t great - even with resetting router as suggested the satellite wifi is not reliable. But we only really needed it when we were unwinding late at night and it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker just an annoying inconvenience. The property is new construction and had all the essentials and completely served its purpose but in an underserved neighborhood - we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at midnight one night, just feel like the community/neighborhood could have been advertised better. For two days the neighbor behind us burned rubber tires. But again, we were tourists of Charleston and really only stayed in the house between 8pm-9am. It is what it is! We made out fine.
