Extremely friendly staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner. The room was clean and sleeping on a traditional futon was a fun experience. My partner and I never slept better! The traditional bath was nice as well. There’s shared toilets separated between male and female. The toilet room was always clean, smell good, and had a heated seat. You get to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake (we recommend renting a bike and eating at the local restaurants). Also, when you look behind you will have an incredible view of Mount Fuji! It was such a breath taking moment the first time seeing Mount Fuji. We highly recommend staying here and supporting the locals! Great food everywhere we went!
