The Tides Grace Bay

The hotel was lovely/modern. The staff was incredible. The beach was located steps away it was so convenient. Although we had a car rental the grace bay shops were walking distance. The beach was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We watched the kids swim in it from our balcony-they enjoyed it after the beach. Overall it was wonderful.

The penthouse was perfect for our family vacation with two small children. Housekeeping came every day and worked around the little one’s nap schedules. We loved that it was a small resort, quiet and peaceful. There is construction of a St. Regis next door that is noisy from 8-5 and produces a lot of dust. We were on the beach or out and about during those hours so it didn’t bother us. Quiet enough inside for the girls to nap. Only other thing that might bother someone is that only one of the doors to the wrap around patio works and it was in the master suite. No real problem for us. We walked to coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. They have bikes available and that was fun too. Lots of pool toys for kids at the pool. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Turks!

Definitely recommend The Tides. Office staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The handy man/pool guy was great. He would carry your bags to your room, set up beach chairs, etc. They work very hard and it shows. Definitely will be back.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Tides at Grace Bay! The penthouse was amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas set up and ready each day. We especially enjoyed Brenda, who was in the Reception office each and every day. She was warm and welcoming and treated us like family. Any thing we needed, she went above and beyond! She treated us like family. We were all sad to leave on the only day she had off! We said goodbye the day before though! She was so helpful in recommending places to go, to eat, to see and have fun! Stay here when you get the chance!
