Spend a relaxing holiday in this modern holiday home with pool and whirlpool.

This house impresses with its modern industrial style with exposed concrete, clean lines and minimalist design. Here you live in an extraordinary ambience that combines urban loft flair with rustic elements such as wood and metal. The targeted use of light sources and the restrained colour concept create a calm, stylish atmosphere ideal for anyone who appreciates clear forms and modern living.

The large plot invites you to linger at any time: jump into the pool for a refreshing dip first thing in the morning and then relax with a cool drink while your children try out the outdoor play equipment.

Explore the peaceful, green hilly landscape around Vurot on walks or bike rides through meadows, forests and small villages. Discover the town of Petrinja, with its charming squares, cafés and regional flair, which invites you to take a relaxing stroll. Go on excursions to the nearby rivers or enjoy the tranquillity of nature right on your doorstep.
