The Space:
Welcome to The Blue Heron, a beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat nestled in the serene marshlands of Palm Coast, Florida. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious upscale home offers comfort, privacy, and natural beauty.
Two luxurious owner suites each feature a king bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool area.
Two additional queen bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bath, plus an extra half-bath for guests.
A fully equipped kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and seating for up to 10 makes family meals a breeze.
Dine indoors or step out to the screened lanai for al-fresco meals with tranquil marsh views.
Relax by the saltwater pool & spa (heat optional), surrounded by lush landscaping and native Florida wildlife—including the home’s namesake, the blue heron. - The pool can be heated. Please get in touch with us if you would like to use the heating option. The Pool heater is available for $50 per day, $287 per week, or $200 per week for multi-week stays. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

This house was perfect for our family. (4 couples and 2 teenagers) There was plenty of space for all of us. The main area of the house was beautiful and welcoming, but the patio and pool was where we spent most of our time. There are no neighbors behind the house so you really felt the privacy. Everything you can need (shopping, groceries and dining) is nearby so we spent a lot of time just hanging at the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Our large family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Blue Heron. The house was even better than expected, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. Having two king ensuite master bedrooms was perfect for our group, while the kids loved having their own bunk room.The open plan kitchen-diner-living area was a real highlight. It was fully equipped and allowed us all to hang out.The pool and spa were were amazing and it was easy to have it heated (for a fee) or non-heated whichever we prefered.The location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches, parks, restaurants, and everything Palm Coast has to offer. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and it was clear they take great pride in maintaining the property. This was one of our favourite family holidays, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, upscale retreat in Palm Coast.

We enjoyed our time at this home. It was large enough to accommodate us, our children and their spouses, and our two grandchildren. We had an issue with the spa heater not working and the host himself came out to take care of the problem. An extra treat was the Christmas decorations in the home, ready upon our arrival. We had a wonderful holiday here!
