SANDI Holiday House is located in Rovinj, 4 km from town centre and 2.6 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 57 m2. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and one small additional bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. The guests have a 20 m2 terrace at their disposal, as well as a covered barbecue area – a perfect place for the guests to enjoy their time together. The whole yard is fenced, which is suitable for coming with a dog.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).If the 2 single beds are not suitable for you due to the ceiling height, the sofa bed in the kitchen can exceptionally be used as a replacement bed.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 persons
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using the main bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed, and an extra charge is 10 € per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Our stay was excellent. Location was easy to find. Owner even came to explain to us about the house. We really like the BBQ facility. There is only a minor issue - shower drainage was not draining smoothly.

Our stay was perfect. The house was just like the pictures. Nice garden with enough places to sit. The host was very kind.

Nice little cottage a bit outside of town, in a very peaceful and quiet environment — a lovely place to stay for a few days. The host was very helpful with communication and guided us in finding the place easily. The beds are very comfortable, the cottage is bright, and the garden with its terrace is spacious and beautiful.
The only downside was the upper floor, which is not, as stated, 1.80 m high. A person who is 1.65 m tall cannot stand upright there, so it’s more suited as a children’s room, with very steep stairs. Another sad aspect was the neighbour’s dog, who appeared in good condition but was kept day and night in a small enclosure of around 4×4 m. For animal lovers, this can be hard to see, though unfortunately, it’s still common in Croatia.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Had to stay a few days because we had no power out our house. Booked last min the gos took us the long way around but there is a road that you can use that takes you right to the stores.
The place has a very nice garden and courtyard, plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy. Inside its perfect for us and our service dog. There is a small loft great for small children probably between 8 - 15. The host was great and we enjoyed our time.
Small things to note linen is included as are towels but bring body wash& napkins or paper towels with you. Also they have a French press and a kettle coffee maker but no espresso so get some grinder coffee for coffee in the morning.
Overall great place for some quite times after the beach to relax we would recommend and stay again.
