The apartment was spacious and it had a good view of the beach. The location was great and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely come back to stay there!

Location was perfect and close walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, and activities. The Ocean Reef Resort always has music playing around the pools, and we even got to karaoke one night. The poolside bar / restaurant was very convenient. Our one maintenance request was answered quickly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and owner/Big Fish was very communicative.
Not that we didn't like it, but just a heads up that hotel housekeeping does not come to this condo for any reason since it is privately owned. All cleaning must be done yourself, so sandy floors must be self swept and/or mopped, as well as provided linens must be washed in-house.

First of all I was never informed that I was booking a room through a third party (bih fish) with that became me having to take out the trash on top of that there was no parking passes in the room and the clerks didn’t want to give us two even though we had two cars. Third because it was booked through bih fish they told us that we couldn’t get a key card to the pool because we are not staying in their rooms. The whole experience was just bad
