A beautiful and cozy resort with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

It would be great to have a small convenience store or pharmacy within the resort for basic essentials, especially since there aren’t many options nearby. I’d also love to see more family-friendly activities and longer hours for the water activities. The staff were very kind and even accommodated us after the kayaking hours had ended, which we really appreciated. Extending the hours and adding more activities would make the resort even better for families with children.

What truly stood out to me was the extraordinary attention to detail. Every little touch felt intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely designed to make the guest feel valued. It is rare to come across a place where such a high level of care is maintained in even the smallest details but what elevated the entire experience was the people. Every member of the staff was remarkably warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The hospitality was not simply professional; it felt sincere. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of warmth and graciousness that I have rarely experienced anywhere else And I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Dania from the front desk. If the entire experience was a 10/10, Dania somehow made it a 20/10. Her warmth, elegance, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. She has an exceptional way of making a guest feel not merely welcomed, but truly looked after hotels can have beautiful rooms, impeccable facilities, and every luxury imaginable, but it is people like Dania who turn a stay into a memorable experience a truly remarkable property, an outstanding team, and an experience I will remember for a long time thank you for making every detail matter.
