Ubicación estupenda para caminar por Barcelona.
Habitaciones amplias
Dotación escasa en casi todo: cocina, baños, aire acondicionado. Parece más un piso de estudiantes. El extractor de la cocina resulta obsoleto

Safe neighbourhood - easy access to bus stops and metro station - markets and supermarkets within reach - very accommodating and helpful host - balcony overlooking a squqre
Clean but not so clean - it wasn't mentioned that it's near a hospital, so there were constant sirens of ambulances - it wasn't mentioned that there were 5-6 steps before getting to the elevator so we had to carry our luggage

Awesome Location, Host and best in our trip. The Host had ensured that our stay is comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities.
