We stayed 2 nights on our way back from Mykonos. Took the train from Piraeus and walked about 7 minutes from the station to the suite. Suite is larger than the pictures show and there is A/C in the bedroom and living room. The renovations that were done while keeping some of the original characters were nice. Bus and train are both close, we walked to Acropolis from the suite and back, approx 20min each way. Grocery store close by, and restaurants.
Sofa bed was smaller than was expecting for 2 of my taller kids but did the trick.

Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria. Dwa balkony ze stolikami uprzyjemniają poranki i wieczory. Dobry kontakt i wymiana informacji z zarządcą,

Great location - a nice walk to the Acropolis or centre of Athens. Alternatively the metro station is a 5 minute walk. The property was immaculate and had all new appliances. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and I even found a great barber shop!
