YUKI YAMA Hotel

Great location in vibrant yet quiet neighborhood, lots of local places to eat and 5min walk from metro station. Perfect to explore Osaka!

Had a bit of a misunderstanding about luggage storage after check-out which the hotel offers but we ended using the coin lockers at the station

It was very quaint and was laid out nicely. It had two separate sleeping areas. One bedroom even had a door. There was a cute tent with stuffed animals and games for little kids. The kitchen had everything you needed and having a washing machine was so helpful! It had all the amenities! The staff were responsive and so helpful! I appreciated the communication and extra help when we left something.

The property was great. The location was really cool too. If you are a first timer to Japan or Osaka it would be great if the description included the area you are staying in so you could research the area.

What a wonderful, clean and roomy apartment to stay in! Our family of 3 (including our 1 year old toddler) stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect, so many great things to say! The unit we had was clean and roomy, with a dedicated 2nd bedroom and a large living/futon situation. All of the necessary amenities are included and having a washing machine especially during the tsuyu season of Japan was perfect. Also getting new towel sets throughout our stay was unexpected and majorly appreciated. Bonus points is they use thick, fluffy towels, not the cheapy thin ones many apartments use these days. This part of Tenma neighborhood is close enough to the hustle and bustle of fun night life but far enough to be quiet—one block in and you can walk through all the food alleys but one block the other direction and you’re in a quiet neighborhood, then another block over is the main streets, and all within walking distance of the Tenjinbashi-suji. It’s only one stop away from Umeda Osaka station and though we thought we’d use the Osaka loop line more, we ended up using the Sakaisuji line pretty often and it’s a more lowkey line in my opinion (& just as easy to get to from the apartment)! The manager, Shan, was super responsive and was so helpful to our family. I can’t recommend this spot enough! If you’re a family with kiddos, I definitely recommend it!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! I think the only feedback we’d have is that “Yuki Yama Hotel” on Google Maps results in a different, nearby address but this hotel is actually in a different location. Perhaps the owners can update it on Google Maps?
