Ensuite Double Room with Private Kitchen Dudley

Nicely presented, clean and well maintained accommodation. Fan for cooling and airflow. Ensuite bathroom is good spec. Shower had decent water flow. Good supply of toiletries. Helpful neighbour assisted us with access, but this was only needed because I hadn't checked message from proprietor beforehand. Proprietor quick to respond to a query. Located within walking distance of Dudley Town centre and close to bus stops.

No grab rail for bath/shower - recommend proprietor considers installing one. Although washing machine available, no apparent way of drying a full load, so had to use alternative.

Comfortable bed, all streaming apps already logged in and available to use

No plug for the bath but it wasn’t advertised with a bath so it’s okay, perfect otherwise.

Friendly host, comfy room.

Shower was a tad weak

The room and all amenities were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Great shower. Lots of toiletries on hand and hot drinks in the kitchen if you wanted them. Any queries were handled straightaway by the host who was very friendly. Easy access to property by way of the key code method. The room had an outside south facing window which let in plenty of sunshine. Very quiet. Radiator next to bed for warmth. Parking was free at the front of the property on the main road just outside the house. Dudley market and centre were 5 min walking distance away with lots of character to discover. Canal walks 15 mins walk away and great for peace and quiet while exploring the area. Great location for the Black Country Museum, Canal Trips and History museum. I will definitely stay again in the future.

The kitchen was private but it was located on the ground floor while the room was sited on the first floor and it would have been great if it they were both on the same floor.
