Location is excellent! Easy walk to lake and shopping. Room is large, comfortable and relaxing. Great breakfast with lots of options! We were greeted by a welcome drink and that was a nice touch.
The laundry was great to have but be prepared to wait 2+ hrs for your clothes to dry. Ours took 4hrs!!

Overall, the hotel is in a very good location. West Lake and the city center are within walking distance. The hotel is relatively new, so most of the facilities and the rooms are also in very good, modern condition.
No specific disadvantages. You get exactly what you pay for, and the value for money is excellent.

Location
The fact that i ticked 2 beds not a kingside bed and i had to make a little circus with Emely Ma.
