The location was perfect, and Michelle, the host, was amazing. She helped us with a permit in the ZTL (no-drive zone, and we parked in front of the apartment, and we were able to unload our bags. She also helped us access free parking as was accessible when we needed her. I would go back.
We had a lot of keys, the key fob to the front door, the key fob to the elevator, the key to the apartment .. and another key before getting to the elevator. The good news is it's like Fort Knox and very safe.

El alojamiento es preciosa y en una zona céntrica. La señora que nos recibió para darnos las llaves nos dio todo tipo de detalles. Sin duda lo escogería de nuevo si volviera a Siena.

A very picturesque and well-located house on the edge of Siena’s historic centre. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. Excellent communication with the host, who personally welcomed us at the house and explained how everything worked.
There is only one A/C unit in the living room for the entire house.
