Great, highly informative welcome booklet with sufficient information on entrance instructions, internet, services, etc. The apartment looks like the photos presented on Booking. All the house essentials were available (bathroom kits, iron, hair dryer, etc.). Convenience stores are next to the apartment, walking distance to many other shops, restaurants, and multiple metro lines. Approx. 25-30 minutes on foot to the Accor Arena.
The shower drain in one of the bathrooms was not working well. One key to the apartment for the bigger group is not sufficient. The apartment is on the ground floor, so especially when the windows are open, you can hear some noise from the area next to the apartment in the early hours.

Personally do not believe the photos do it justice enough, the property was just as described in an ideal area. Across the road is a small supermarket, next door is a food place. Metro is less than a 10 minute walk. Hosts were really responsive which is great as tourists.
One shower was out of use during our stay, which was not ideal considering we had a group of 7. One key for a property that states can sleep 10 isn’t the best. Should be atleast two.

Emplacement parfait, personnel sympathique et réponse dans les temps, tout était agréable je recommande
C’est un détail, mais une seule clef pour sortir peut être problématique quand on est plusieurs
