beautiful large home very nice and spacious

need to fix the jacuzzi temperature controller

Fantastic apartment in a great London location, close to the Tube, shops and plenty of restaurants. The flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The beds were nice and cozy, the living area bright, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the night. Host was friendly and responsive, check-in was smooth and the small touches (tea/coffee, extra towels) were appreciated. The building felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to rest after busy days exploring the city. Excellent value for the price — would happily stay here again and would recommend to friends and family visiting.

Nothing at all.

Theocation and the comfy bed.

It was quite unclean with other people's body hair in the bathroom which was very shabby. The cleaning was very surface level. The water was so unpredictable it made showering nearly impossible with water coming out of the overflow in the bath instead of the taps.
