A localização é excelente. Restaurantes, supermercado, dá para ir andando até o centro. Local silencioso. Tem elevador (muito importante por causa das malas)

Tive um problema com a acomodação na primeira noite. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e tive que dormir com a janela aberta, só que estava extremamente quente e então dormimos muito mal. O problema só foi resolvido no outro dia, o que nos deixou chateados. Também tem um problema com o boiler - a água do chuveiro fica fria rapidamente, se utilizar muita água, ou seja, quem tomava banho primeiro até conseguia água quente, mas depois a água ficava fria. O problema não foi resolvido.

Camera grande per due persone, completa delle cose necessarie. Bagno , camera pulite. Condizionatore installato bene. Personale simpatico ed efficiente. Posizione da qualsiasi mezzo pubblico eccezionale.

Un lugar muy lindo , limpio , cómodo y con una ubicación excelente. Queremos agradecer a Nina por su atención y gentileza durante toda la estadía. Súper recomendable!!

Fantastic location. 10 mins walk from main centre of sorrento. Clean but very basic. The staff were really helpful, both via WhatsApp and at the pasta shop. So I’m not sure why people said they were rude and unhelpful. They were very responsive and helpful to us. Also let us store luggage whilst we explored. A set of clean bedding was provided in the hallway cupboard and a spare towel.

Aircon unit unfortunate. Noisy and not really fit for purpose. Room very basic, fridge also not the coolest - wouldn’t trust food in there. Would have appreciated a sweeping brush and some things to tidy up with for the 3 days we were there as no housekeeper. There is an iron and board but not much else. If your looking for luxury this isn’t it but it served its purpose for us as a bed to sleep in with a shower
